Indoors
The house is luxurious and elegant and has been created using the best of everything, from the striking crystal chandeliers, to the finest stone sinks, beautiful fabrics and contemporary furnishings. Carefully thought out by an interior designer, every attention to detail and comfort has been considered. Built as a family home, a reflection of modern family attitudes, it has large and incredibly light and airy rooms opening on to extensive terraces, partly shaded, comfortably furnished and very well equipped for outdoor living.
The two master suites can be found off the main entrance hall. Both benefit from full height glass windows giving access to the stunning sea and mountain views. Blackout curtains open to let sunbeams flood the room with warm light. Opposite the bed, the TV screen is linked to the central satellite. Both bedrooms have large private balconies with their own seating area allowing guests to have breakfast or just to escape to their own private domain. The bathrooms are a sublime exercise in understated opulence.
The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area. Folding glass doors allow the floor to become open plan, creating an al fresco living environment. There is an option of dining inside or outside. A glass wine cellar, media room and office can be found on this level.
Two further ensuite bedrooms with patio doors leading out on to the main terrace giving panoramic sea views. A self contained spa with a sauna, steam room and gym can also be found on this level.
Outdoors
The villa has a mooring point for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbour. A boat and skipper can be hired on a daily basis allowing guests to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports.

– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– Hotel / Owner may require on site payment to be made in local currency. .
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 14 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
