Villa Sala Baganza is a historic and sophisticated private country dwelling built in 1840, nestled in the green hills around Parma in the small village of Sala Baganza, on the border of the Regional Park Boschi di Carrega and situated just a 20-minute drive from central Parma.
Perched on the hilltop, in a position that further nourishes its uniqueness, for over a century the house has been relishing an exclusive panorama while living in harmony with the lush natural environment and the immense garden embracing it: an ideal location to relax and that offers vast horizons stretching as far as the eye can see.

Indoors

The Villa is divided in two independent and similar areas. Internet access ADSL/WIFI

Area 1

– On the ground floor the living area consists of a well equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher), 1 dining room with a table, 1 bathroom and a large living room with fireplace, overlooking the stylish roof top terrace for breakfast, dinner or a drink with friends during the cool summer evenings.

– On the first floor and the second floor sleeping area consists of :
1 large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
1 twin bed room (transformable in a double bedroom) with ensuite bathroom
1 large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
1 twin bedroom (suitable for teenagers/childrens)
1 twin bedroom (transformable in a double bedroom)
The last two bedrooms share a private bathrooms.

Area 2

​- On the ground floor the living area is composed by a second fully equipped kitchen(oven, dishwasher), 1 dining room with a table, a second guest bathroom and a second large living room with fireplace. Even this living room overlooks the scenic terrace.
The two living rooms are interconnected.

– On the first floor and the second floor sleeping area consists of :
1 large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
1 bedroom with three beds with ensuite bathroom
1 twin room (transformable in a double bed room) with ensuite bathroom.

Outdoors

Walking through the garden, adjacent to the house you will discover Villa Sala Baganza’s real surprise: the picturesque swimming pool. An 18-meter infinity edge pool facing the badlands with an outdoor hot shower provided for by the energy-efficient paneling system of the house.
The 18-meter panoramic infinity pool is the most charming spot from which to appreciate sunsets enveloped by the beauty of the hills and the positive energy of nature.
An exquisite place in which to let oneself be caressed by the summer breeze.

Location

The environs of Villa Sala Baganza have a lot to offer too. The house, with its heavenly ambience, is only apparently distant from everything and indeed as close to it all as can be. A few minutes’ drive is enough to encounter the exciting walking and cycling trails as well as the numerous golf courses and spas. You will be able to visit Parma’s monuments and cathedrals, the ancient castles of the area, other fascinating cities of art and also the most important producers of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and Parma Ham from whom you will have a chance to buy our local products.
The excellent quality of the local cuisine has made this land famous all over the world.
