Indoors
Built in two levels to maximise both space and views, the property is surrounded by a spacious stone-paved outdoor area with an infinity pool that is perched right at the edge of the terrace. The upper level rooms open to comfortable verandas with sweeping views.
The pool terrace leads to a spacious living room with vast floor-to-ceiling windows that make the interior feel like part of the outside. The décor is modern and the palette muted to let the views take centre stage. Art objects and paintings are tastefully woven into the décor, adding a sophisticated flair to the interiors. In the bedrooms, the space is ample and the style classic. Here, too, the views play leading role. The villa is comprised of a main house and two guest houses, each with a double bedroom and a kitchen.

– Due to the location of the villa, internet may not work properly or only in low speed (same for the telephone network). If there is an interruption of service we can not guarantee when the service will be running again.
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pool has no swimming guard

– Amount of security deposit : 25% Of rental amount
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of :
Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 65 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
