Indoors
The villa is orgnised on two floors, each space has been thoughfully decorated with a combinaison of typical local materials like Croatian stone, wood and glass, to successfully bring together modern lines and historic details.
The ground floor is organised around the entrance foyer with a living room. This floor also features a fully-equiped professionnal kitchen, a large living area built in striking stone ceilings and walls with a modern bar, a cozy living room with a fireplace and a dining area with an impressive table suitable for 16 people.
The first floor is accessed via a historic staircase leading to another living room, dedicated to reading.
Outdoors
The courtyard has outdoors sofas and the staircase is leading to the beautiful glass bridge connecting the two outdoors terraces upstairs. Both of them have amazing views over Zaton bay with the marina and the crystal clear water.
The terraced Mediterranean gardens spread over 1500m2, it is a very private and quiet space where you can enjoy the scents of citrus, olives, and lavender.
Gathered on side of the garden you will find a nice swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, as well as a shaded lounge area and dinning table, next to the outdoor grill.
The small chapel of St Jerome is located on the back corner of the garden.
Location
The villa is only 10 minutes drive away from Dubrovnik.

Rental conditions
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Children welcome
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pets considered
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Check-in : 17:00 h – Check out : 10:00 h
– Amount of security deposit : Equivalent to 1 night
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : In cash at the time of check-in
Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
– Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
– Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
