Indoors

This light and spacious home is elegantly furnished. Inside, the cool monochrome furnishings coupled with rustic, Italian touches create a modern, chic retreat.
The property offers various living areas, all fully equipped. The villa has for example underfloor heating ground floor, unlimited WiFi internet access, fly screens and an alarm system.
In the Main House, guests can enjoy a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen sitting room, a dining room and a library with access from outside.
The Guest House has a pool house with pool changing, shower, kitchenette and a covered lounge area.
There are five bedrooms in total, divided between the main house with four bedrooms (one master bedroom, two double bedroom and one twin bedroom) and the guest house with one double bedroom. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and bathrooms have heated towel rail and hair dryers.

Outdoors​

The villa offers vast outdoors with external lights, and a slice of nature in its purest form.
Guests can enjoy the different dining areas, a loggia, terraces, traditionally planted gardens with local trees and an infinity pool (15 x 4 meters) with pool cover. Pool can be heated at an extra cost and the property has also a private parking.

Staff & Services

​Maid service 6 days per week, pool service 6 days per week and concierge service are included. The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as chef services, grocery delivery or car with driver.

The property is located 5,4 km from Reschio Centre. The nearest airport is just 40 km away and Florence is around 140 km away.

Rental conditions

– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
