Indoors
The interior of the villa is composed of an open and equipped kitchen, a dining room and large panoramic windows. The house offers all the comforts and a Mediterranean atmosphere. It has been built to take advantage of the magnificent view from any room.
The main villa has two very spacious bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms, television and access to private balconies with stunning sea views, and two further large double bedrooms with bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms with bathrooms are located in two flats with separate entrances.
A wellness area with a sauna, fitness equipment, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower is located on the first floor at the pool level.
Outdoors
A beautiful, well-tended Mediterranean garden surrounds the house.
Terraces on different levels allow you to take advantage of the good weather while preserving a certain privacy.
The infinity pool facing the sea invites you to take a refreshing dip or to enjoy the sun on the deckchairs that surround it.
Staff & Services
Daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden are included in the rental price. Heating of the pool from April to October is also included in the price (28°C).
Location
Villa Robinia is only a 15 minutes walk from the promenade of the beautiful port of Andratx, in the southwest of Majorca. The city of Palma is 25 minutes away by car.
