Indoors
With oversized windows and a refined use of white, the 500m2 of interiors enjoy plenty of daylight, as well as splendid views over Daksa Island and Grebeni rocks.
Art, sculptures, rugs, each detail has been carefully selected to create a sophisticated atmosphere.
The entrance opens up into a spacious and elegant foyer with an impressive marble staircase. A few steps from the foyer, you will find an office with a stunning view and next door, an equipped fitness room.
The lower level is an open-flow space featuring a chic living room with TV and a large fully-equipped kitchen with a table for twelve.
Outdoors
On the side of the kitchen an adjacent shaded terrace with an al fresco dining table offers space for twelve.
Straight out of the living room, expansive terraces with luxury furniture invites you to take a relaxed moment or you can choose take a dip in the infinity pool.
Sunbathing and swimming are also a special experience at Villa Otanja : descend the stone staircase all the way to the sea and the private terrace with lounge chairs surrounded by rocks – the truly local way of enjoying the beach.
Boats up to 15 meters can access here, leaving it up to you to choose between a boat and a car.
Location
The villa is close to the Elaphites, Mljet, Korčula and Pelješac.

In 2023, the price includes : welcome snacks and Moet Chandon champagne upon arrival in the villa, complimentary transfer in arrival and on departure from Dubrovnik airport to villa and back to Dubrovnik airport, one private walking tour of Dubrovnik old town with private guide.

Rental conditions
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Children welcome
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pets not allowed
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : In cash at the time of check-in
Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
– Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
– Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
