Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with jacuzzi bathtub.

Room 5
Master bedroom, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower, jacuzzi bathtub. This bedroom includes also living area, office area, safe, dressing room, private balcony.

Indoors

You will be charmed by the decoration and atmosphere of the villa, spread over 3 floors.

Lower floor
On this floor you will find two bedrooms, an office / living room with television, home theater, sound system, computer and aquarium.
Walk down a few steps, and you will find the gym and spa with steam room, sauna and massage table, overlooking the garden.

Ground floor
You will find a bedroom, two large living rooms with television, home cinema and sound system, the fully equipped modern kitchen, and the dining room for up to 10 people.

First floor
This floor is mainly dedicated to the rooms.

Outdoors

Taking advantage of an average of 300 days of sunshine a year, the swimming pool is a must for the holidays. It is ecologically purified and heated (on request).
The many terraces, covered or not, shelter several relaxation areas, including a bar, a summer kitchen with barbecue, a dining area, and several chairs and sofas.
During the day and evening, you can enjoy the beautiful climate and the magnificent view.

Location

The villa is located about 15 minutes from the beach, and one hour drive from the famous Falasarna Beach, Elafonisi and Balos Lagoon.

Notes

A small independent apartment located on the property that can accommodate 2 to 3 people can be rented on request.
It has a bedroom with bathroom, a living room and a small equipped kitchen, and is generally used for the staff.
If increased up to 12 adults an additional 300 € daily charge per additional person will apply.

Rental conditions

– Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Children welcome
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Check-in : 16:00 h – Check out : 10:00 h
– Amount of security deposit : 5 000.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : By credit card or bank transfer with your last rental payment
Reservation conditions

– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
– 2nd payment 60 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
