You are 2 km away from Kissamos town, 100m from the closest shop, 20-minute drive from Chania and 50km from the airport. Other villages, beaches, and attractions are close.

Rental conditions

– Due to the location of the villa, internet may not work properly or only in low speed (same for the telephone network). If there is an interruption of service we can not guarantee when the service will be running again.
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– Language spoken by staff : English
– Check-in : 14:00 h – Check out : 10:00 h
– A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 0.50 EUR per guest per night
– Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization upon arrival on check-in day
Reservation conditions

– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 55 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 55 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
– Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
– Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
