The exterior of the house is designed for relaxation and contemplation. Enjoy the many terraces with exceptional views of the sea and surrounding islands, and the additional outdoor showers to cool off after a dip in the private pool-like cove. The garden, watered by recuperated rainwater, adds a touch of greenery to this idyllic setting.

This exceptional house is located on the discreet island of Ios, between Santorini and Naxos, only 45 minutes by ferry from Santorini. Close to the lively village, within walking distance, and with no close neighbours, it offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and entertainment. Enjoy the island’s many beaches, restaurants, bars and water activities, as well as boat trips and walks to the monasteries.

– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Amount of security deposit : 1 500.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
