Villa Foster introduces Cycladic white architecture and minimal aesthetics in its indoors, with dominating white and gray stone in the living areas, designed as an open space. The minimalist and highly creative interior styling create a warm atmosphere.
On the ground level, there is a gym room with 2 treadmills, 1 steady bicycle, 1 multi functional fitness machine, fitness dumbbells and gym mats.
On the lower level, you have at your disposal a playroom equipped with projector, a massage room equipped with professional massage table, a hammam and a cold room

The 24m swimming pool and the outdoor jacuzzi (for 6 people) are facing the beauty of the sea. There are sunloungers and day beds, a pergola shaded dining area with barbeque and adjoining pillowed lounges, perfect either in the morning or in the evening.
The built-in dining table is for 36 persons
There is a shaded bar equipped with professional dishwasher, freezer and ice machine.

Rental conditions
– Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

– Due to the location of the villa, internet may not work properly or only in low speed (same for the telephone network). If there is an interruption of service we can not guarantee when the service will be running again.
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pets not allowed
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 65 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
