Superbly decorated with modernity and elegance, this magnificent property covers 500 m2 and is divided into 3 floors and 6 different sections.
Its relaxing atmosphere, its sea views and its large spaces will appeal to all guests, who will enjoy some privacy thanks to the separate sections.

Main house (section 1)
Ground floor
You will find there the superb modern kitchen, entirely equipped, open on the dining room, and the living room with television large comfortable sofa and access to the terrace, with sea view. A bathroom with sauna is also located on this level.

First floor
On this level are 3 bedrooms with sea views, and their bathrooms.

Second floor
A 4th, smaller bedroom and a separate bathroom are on the second floor.

Guest house 1 (section 2)
You will find a large bedroom with sea view and bathroom, as well as a lounge area with kitchenette, which can be converted into a double room (on request).

Guest house 2 (section 3)
The second guest house also houses a bedroom with sea view, bathroom, and a small lounge area.

Sections 4, 5 and 6 are the bedrooms, distributed as follows:
Located next to the main house, 3 parental suites (section 4) each have an independent entrance, and can be connected to each other (on request). They also have great sea views.
Also located next to the main house are the two junior suites (section 5).
A last suite (section 6), located near the swimming pool, also offers lovely views of the sea.

Outdoors

With a plot of more than 4,700 m2, the Eleki villa offers enough outdoor spaces for all the guests to be satisfied.
Under the magnificent Greek sun, you can enjoy the magnificent sea view while taking a dip in the 100 m2 private swimming pool.
A shaded dining area, with barbecue, large table and always the view of the sea, will allow you to enjoy good meals with family or friends.
Ideal for an aperitif or simply a moment of reading, a large lounge area is located on the terrace, and also offers some shade.
