Indoors

This contemporary Mediterranean villa combines modern lines and traditional local craftsmanship, following the natural lay of the land.
The internal decoration of the house is purposefully minimal. The ceilings are grooved by chestnut beams and the bathrooms’ washbasins are handcrafted from marble. The furnishings combine appearance, quality and comfort, evoking feelings of warmth and balance with the use of natural materials and textures.
The property comprises three blocks : the sitting room and kitchen (with views of the infinity pool and the sea), the main living quarters with four suites spread over two levels (two master bedrooms with their own terraces and direct sea/garden views, and two more en-suite bedrooms interconnected by a staircase) and an independent guest suite on the upper level (with direct sea views, en-suite bathroom and large outdoor sitting area). Each block has its own outdoor space.
The property features energy efficient architecture and comforts including climate control in each room and under-floor heating/cooling, outdoor lighting control and photovoltaic panels. The whole house and the outside spaces are covered with strong WiFi signal.

Outdoors​

The villa is surrounded by 400 sqm of open terraces and shaded patios, offering numerous options for outdoor lounging and dining.
Guests can also enjoy the 14 metres long infinity pool, which offers spectacular sea and sunset views over the island of Syros.
The terraces are encircled by landscaped gardens with native shrubs and herbs.

Staff & Services

The price includes a daily housekeeping, the change of bed linen and towels twice per week, the final housekeeping and the provision of pool towels.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as car rental, villa pre-stocking, transfers from and to port, babysitting, concierge service, breakfast and/or lunch preparation.

Location

Villa Bleuene is located 15km from Tinos town and a short ride to the beaches of Agios Petros and Kalyvia, and the beautiful village of Kardiani.

Rental conditions

– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Reservation conditions

– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
