Villa Betulia is a stylish vacation home steps away from the beach. This stunning vacation retreat is located at the southern coast of Paros, away from the crowds that flood the island during high season, close to the charming seaside village of Aliki and steps away from a small beach. Blending the island’s architectural vernacular and the principles of contemporary minimalism, the residence comprises a bundle of different sized blocks that are oriented toward the seascape. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an infinity pool overlooking the sea.

The subtle palette, mind-calming swaths of empty space, and bare walls create a neutral backdrop for the soothing blue hues of the sea and sky that come in through the windows.
The living area is airy and bright, fit with vast glass doors that make it feel like an extension of the terrace. The materials are natural to complement the neutral palette and convey a tranquil, cosy ambience. The decoration is minimal with island-inspired references that are beautifully blended with contemporary details. The bedrooms boast a monochromatic, all-white palette and large openings that convey the feeling of being outside even when in bed. To allow more privacy, the residence consists of a main house and a two-bedroom guest house.

– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
