In addition to all the services, exclusively available to the villa Alista guests, it is possible to enjoy the full range of services and offers of the resort, which is located only a few meters away from the villa.
The price includes breakfast and dinner served at the main restaurant “La Piazzetta”, the services of a villa manager, a twice daily housekeeping service (including evening turndown), daily entertainment for children and adults, free access to the spa of the resort (heated pool, sauna, steam bath, relax area, gym with cardio and fitness area), free transfer to and from airport (up to 6 people) and a reserved area on the beach with two umbrellas and five sunbeds.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as some available services for a fee to local providers, preferred partner of the hotel (car and motobike rental, transfer services, diving center, water sport center).

– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
