Room 2 – Main House – North Side – Twin bedroom :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 twin beds. Bathroom outside the room.

Room 3 – Main House – South Side – Master bedroom :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also dressing room, private balcony.

Room 4 – Main House – South Side – Child’s bedroom :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 single bed.

Room 5 – Main House – South Side – Double bedroom :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also dressing room.

Room 6 – Main House – South Side – Bunk bedroom :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Bathroom private.

Room 7 – Garden House – Master bedroom :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower.

Room 8 – Garden House – Twin bedroom :
Room. This bedroom has 1 twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower.

Indoors

Guests can enjoy the interiors of the villa, where modern style meets traditional materials, where refined luxury meets kick-off-your-shoes comfort.
The house offers various living areas, all fully equipped. The villa has for example underfloor heating ground floor, unlimited WiFi internet access, fly screens and an alarm system.
This property has a total of six rooms : four in the main house that is divided in a northern and a southern part (three double beds and one twin-bed) and 2 rooms in the Garden House (one double bed and one twin bed). In case the rental includes only the main building, the Garden House will be locked off and not rented to any third party. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and bathrooms have heated towel rail and hair dryers.

Outdoors​

The villa offers vast outdoors with external lights. The gardens and grounds are beautifully landscaped and have a variety of terraces, dining areas, hammocks, a covered outdoor sitting room with fire place and a separate covered loggia. Guests can also enjoy an infinity pool (18 x 4,5 meters) which can be heated, a pool house and a private tennis court. The property has a private parking.

Staff & Services

​Maid service 6 days per week, pool service 6 days per week and concierge service are included. The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as pool heating, chef services, grocery delivery or car with driver.

The property is located 3,35 km from Reschio Centre. The nearest airport is just 44 km away and Florence is around 140 km away.

– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
