Baan Paa Talee translates to “house on the cliff by the ocean.”

This architectural masterpiece designed by the world renowned architect Arte Charpentier. The ocean front 9 bedroom villa is located on a cliff overlooking the Andaman Sea in the picturesque Cape Amarin Estate on the headland between Kamala and Patong, Phuket.

The villa has unique features that host a number of common areas, grand halls and a 25 metre infinity pool. When walking into the villa there is an overwhelming sense of personal feeling into the design and layout as most of the villa is accessible through lush garden walkways or grand stairways leading into the second level. Aside from each room in the villa having panoramic sea views, the first floor has a bold identity defined by a dining room suitable to host 20 people, outdoor patio, five bedrooms and fully equipped fitness room suitable for all types of athletes and several group activities including a media room and pool table.

The villa truly has one of the most unique features in having a separate smaller villa with two bedrooms with a small kitchen to give guests the closest feel to the beach while listening to the ocean waves crash into the massive boulders that surround the property. Continuing through the jungle walkways, the villa has an observation deck with several lounge chairs capable of hosting the breathtaking sunsets Phuket has to offer.

The villa includes a gourmet chef who will prepare the most delicious dishes of all different types of cuisines. The service will allow the chef to do the grocery shopping for the guests with a surcharge to make the experience hassle free.

Choose from a wide selection of luxury power yachts, large sail boats or even fishing ships to complete your Phuket travel experiences. Our concierge will allow you to select from the finest boats available for charter in Thailand.

Spa Treatment:

Rental conditions
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Children welcome
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
– 2nd payment 85 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– Hotel / Owner may require on site payment to be made in local currency. .
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 85 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
