Indoors

The house features 8 elegantly decorated bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and carefully selected common indoor areas.
The ground floor comprises a large living/dining room of 100m2 (with comfortable furniture, fireplace, SMART TV with satellite channels, wireless Wi-Fi audio speakers and high-end Bang & Olufsen music system), a spacious luxury modern kitchen with top of the line equipment, 3 double bedrooms with beautiful sea view and 3 bathrooms.
On the first floor, you will find the magnificent master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath) and its large terrace with amazing sea view.
On the lower ground floor, there is 2 double bedrooms (with ensuite bathroom and possible separate entrance), one children’s room (with 3 bunk beds – adults can also sleep in this bedroom), a smaller bedroom suitable for a nanny (with its own individual bathroom) and a laundry room. On this level, you can enjoy a large play room (with kids area, 9 fts billiard and top of the line audio/video system, TV, console, satellite channels), a large gym fully equipped (with over 20 devices including treadmills, spinning bikes), a large squash room with ping-pong table, a Badminton field and a basketball area.
A wine celllar for wine lovers and a Disco can be found on the minus 1 floor.

Outdoors​

The property offers 8000 m2 of luxurious garden and 500 m2 of terrasse including 3 pergolas with 180 degrees see view.
You can also enjoy an amazing infinite 12 meters pool that can be heated (extra charge), a petanque area, a chess area and an exterior BBQ with large dining area. There is also a play ground area for kids near a local historic boat.
The property features a rivate garage (8) & a parking.

The villa has a car (Renault Espace – 7 seats) which can be rented by the day or by the week.

Location

Feel free to choose among 3e-bikes, 2 mountain bikes or 3 gravels and explore Aegina’s off-the-beaten path roads and beautiful scenery.
If you are sea lovers, you can boost your energy by using the 2 Paddles and enjoy the emerald waters of the Saronic Gulf.
You can also take advantage of your stay to practice trekking, or other activities (on request) such as horse riding, scuba diving, private boat cruises.
