Set on an elevated position that allows for uninterrupted views of the Aegean expanse and the neighbouring islands, Villa Ari is an elegant seven bedroom residence that captures the essence of an island summer home. Originally built to host one of the island’s most prominent families, the villa underwent a meticulous restoration to return to its former glory.
Verdant gardens of wildflowers and aromatic herbs surround the terraces that wrap around the house, offering various spots for relaxation. The main terrace features an idyllic semi-closed lounge and generous open-sky dining table that can host a large number of guests. A few steps away, the stone-paved pool level features a generous swimming pool and a cozy lounge area that is shaded by century-old pine trees.
All outdoor areas offer spectacular views of the seascape and the island’s picture-perfect sceneries. The interior is a seamless blend of classical elegance and contemporary panache. Designer furnishings are complimented by antique pieces and collections of handcrafted artifacts, creating a laid-back atmosphere of boho-chic sophistication.
The living room is bright and cozy, with high ceilings and wooden floorings. Adjacent to the living room is a generous traditional dining area that is served by a well-appointed English-country style kitchen.
The bedrooms are furnished and decorated to convey an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. Large French windows let the sunlight in and offer views of the landscape. The palette is monochromatic, mainly in the tones of beiges, with the only splashes of colour coming from the odd artifacts that decorate the rooms. The two two-storey suites include sitting areas with sofa-beds that can sleep children. The estate also features separate quarters for the villa staff.

1 additional bathroom with a shower can also be used for showering after the pool.

The parking area is 5 minutes walk from the house entrance.

– Due to the location of the villa, internet may not work properly or only in low speed (same for the telephone network). If there is an interruption of service we can not guarantee when the service will be running again.

Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 85 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 70 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
