Indoors

Designed to comfortably accommodate 14 guests, this contemporary villa has 7 en-suite bedrooms (one of which can accommodate 3 children with bunk beds), as well as a flat with 2 double bedrooms.
Each room is beautifully furnished and decorated with touches of contemporary art.
On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, 4 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), 1 master bedroom, a kitchen/dining room and a living room.
The garden level comprises 2 bedrooms and a laundry.
The villa also features a well equipped fitness room and a garage for 4 cars.

Outdoors​

Set in a generous 1 hectare plot, the villa has very pleasant outdoor spaces.
You can enjoy a large park with sculptures and works of contemporary art (by Richard Serra, Jeff Koons, Urs Fisher and Frantz West), a play area for children, as well as terraces with a large table and a bar for the pleasure of your summer evenings.
You can also enjoy a heated pool and an open-air cinema, inviting you to relax and have fun.
A heliport is located near the villa for your transfers to Nice or Toulon.
A golf car is also available throughout your stay.

The price includes a Welcome Pack, luggage assistance, 2 welcome massages, concierge service, services of a private Chef (10h/day), 2 butlers (10h/day), daily and end of stay cleaning (10h/day), Security Guard (10h/day), pool and garden mainenance (once a week) and laundry (once a week).
