The property has large and luxurious fully equipped interiors. Everything has been thought of to ensure that guests enjoy a unique experience.
The house has 14 double, en-suite rooms with views of the countryside. Each one has been individually decorated with a high-attention to detail and is fully equipped with the latest technology to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction.
Guests can enjoy the different living areas of the property : two lounges, different dining rooms, a library, a cinema room and a game room. The main lounge has a large south facing terrace, perfect to enjoy the stunning sunsets. The side lounge is ideal for small groups looking for privacy and discretion. The main dining room, with 24 seats, has a fireplace and a large window. There’s also a dining space on the house terrace.
The house can accommodate meetings for up to 20 people in the dedicated meeting room, where all the technology of a city office is available.
Guests can also enjoy a complete spa with a sauna, Turkish bath, two massage room, a special relaxation area and a gym.

Outdoors​

Thanks to its location, within one of the warmest regions in Spain, Villa Adelaida allowing guests to sunbathe and enjoy a unique view from the infinity pool almost all year round.
With its vast size and unique location, the property offers the possibility to enjoy different Castilian landscapes without ever having to leave the house. The wide and wild spaces of the property give the opportunity to its guests to discover the area with their favorite and chosen vehicule. It is also recommended to experience the pic-nic in the countryside, with the elegance and confort offered by the staff.
The entire countryside of the villa is cared for and worked on with total dedication, using a professional method of working and always focusing on organic and sustainable growth.
The villa also has its own 2 km long airstrip and helipad for private jets (it is the only destination in Spain that has a private runway for its clients), horses and stables, a tennis court, a golf course (15 minutes away) and an infinity pool.

Staff & Services

The villa has its own staff and offers the possibility of various services.
Breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, cocktails, beverages, a selection of menus and Spanish wines are included. The magnificent gastronomy and the highly qualified staff who takes care of the smallest detail, give the final touch to this estate to make guests’ experience unforgettable. The chefs and their team create a unique menu, using only the best ingredients from the best suppliers on the market. Each meal is a different experience.
Facilities of the house such as the relax area, the Spa, the sauna, the hamman, the infinity pool, the gym, the game room, the Ping-Pong and the Pool table are included.
The villa also offers a series of exciting and fun activities included, such as use of the private airstrip and heliport, the landing fees runway and transportation from/to the runway, 4×4 photographic safari, horse riding, quads, 4×4 vehicles, mountain bikes, tennis and archery.
In addition, the villa offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as safari lunch experience, clay shooting and rifle target shooting (Requires firearm license), cooking lessons, yoga lessons, chesse tasting, wine testing, cultural tour, golf, transfers, various wellness and beauty services, Spa treatments, ballon rides, Spa treatments, free falling, hot air ballooning, planes ride, private bullfight shows with famous bullfighters, casino, paint ball, magicians, theater, flamenco shows, karaoke, horror parties, slides, human table football, glamping … This list is not exhaustive and the villa can organize a variety of special activities under previous request.

Location

Located in Castilla La Mancha, the villa is within easy reach ad the area is well connected. By car it is just two hours away from Madrid.
Some of the most unique places in the world as the Alcázar of Toledo, Alhambra of Granada and Mosque of Córdoba are less than a two hour drive from the property.
Almagro is 50 minutes drive. Known for its famous Plaza Mayor, originally a Plaza de Armas, and later the center of a trade fair, Almagro is one of the most beautiful cities in Castilla La Mancha.
Villanueva de los Infantes is 40 minutes drive. Located in Campo de Montiel, this city stands out for the astonishing conservation of its historical heritage that still preserves buildings of extraordinary monumentality, ranging from the Renaissance to the most intricate Baroque.
Ubeda is 60 minutes drive. It is, in fact, the oldest city in Western Europe (around 6,000 years old), characterized by the splendor of its Baroque period (mix between its Renaissance, Muslim, Roman, and Visigothic past). In 2003 it was declared a World Heritage Site.
Baeza, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its monumental renaissance buildings, is 60 minutes drive.
Las Virtudes is 30 minutes drive. The bullring of this city is square, which makes it unique. In addition, there are are some remains of Visigothic origin under it, and its design is one of the oldest in the world.
Tablas de Damiel, an unique wetland on our planet, is 1 hour. They are the last representative of the complex ecosystem called “tablas fluviales”, one characteristic of the central plain of our peninsula.
Guests can also discover the Parque Natural Lagunas de Riduera, the most beautiful wetlands in de iberan Peninsula. This protected natural area is located between the provinces of Albacete and Ciudad Real and it is constituted by the following lagoons : Blanca, Conceja, Tomilla, Tinaja, San Pedro, Redondilla, Lengua, Salvadora, Santos Morcillo, Batana, Colgada, Rey, Cueva Morenilla, Coladilla and Cenagosa.
