The house is nestled in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of everything. It is accessed from the road or the garage via stairs.
The living areas open onto the terrace and pool area. The modern kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances. The large living room and kitchen of the house are underfloor heated.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms with bathrooms, satellite TV and unlimited internet via Wi-Fi. All rooms lead to the outside with terraces surrounded by local plants. Special care is taken with the bedding and the opaque blinds which allow you to sleep comfortably. The two ground floor rooms have underfloor heating and the other two upstairs rooms are equipped with air conditioning units for heating and cooling.
Outdoors
The villa has a large terrace with a private outdoor swimming pool (10 x 3m), which offers a superb view of the mountains and the bay. The large terrace is furnished with a table for 8 people, sun loungers and a sitting area, ideal for resting, relaxing or sharing an aperitif while enjoying the sunset. A gas barbecue is available for outdoor cooking.

The villa is located less than two minutes walk from the beachfront, restaurants and shops of Camps Bay. Camps Bay beach transcends all other beaches in its beauty, accessibility and beautiful setting. The ocean is very calm and suitable for swimming.
Cape Town International Airport is only 25 minutes away from the house.
