Room, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, safe, hair dryer.

Room, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. This bedroom includes also TV, safe, hair dryer.

Room 9 – Tower room :
Room, 1st floor, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, safe, hair dryer.

Note : the bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. They are furnished with double beds in Memory Foam with original leather headboards and can be made into twin rooms when necessary.
In the “Suite” there is a hammam in the shower.

Indoors

The house is a true mixture of comfort and design, bringing luxury to the next level of hospitality.
The quiet and calm aesthetics of the interiors extend to the outdoor space.
In the former wine cellar you can find a lovely spa area where you can enjoy (on reservation) a private session in the heated indoor pool with jets (8 x 4 metres), the sauna, the turkish bath, the vertical shower, or the massage room. The villa offers a personal service of beauty and relax treatments given by the Spa Manager.
You will also appreciate the beautiful living areas and the 6 comfortable and contemporary bedrooms.

Outdoors​

Here, the sun-drenched private pool (32 x 17 metres), elegantly furnished patios, many tables to dine “al fresco”, the gardens are the ideal places where family and friends will have an effortless vacation in a no-sense-of-time paradise.

The price includes :
• A welcome aperitif to revive you after your travels,
• Daily Healty Breakfast (3 hours – included food cost) with the Chef,

• Lifeguard service (1 Lifeguard available every day from 9 AM to 6 PM),

• Concierge service : available by phone for every request to smooth your way before, during and after your stay and in order to organize extra activities and special local experience.

• Anything else not specifically listed under Daily Rate Villa Rental included,
• Other service on request before or during the stay such as, as per example: Cooking Class, Food Experience, Yacht Excursion, Lecce Street Food Experience, Olive Oil Experience, Bike Rental Service, Sail Boat Service, Sea Caves Tour, Windsurf Lesson, Horseback Ride, etc…

Note : the villa requires to book extra services at least 14 days before the stay.

Location

The villa is ideally located in Puglia, famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters, caves of Castellana and Fasano, or incredible villages such as the unique village of Alberobello with its whitewashed trulli lining the streets.
Conquered by many different ancient civilizations (Greeks, Romans, Turks, Franks, Normans, Swabians, Angevins and Bourbons) Apulia treasures an impressive collection of castles, great artistic and cultural heritage, and important archeological sites.
You can visit the baroque city of Lecce, Ostuni, nicknamed “la città bianca” (because of its picturesque white stone houses and churches) and if food and wine are your passion, the villa is also very accessible to the vineyards of Leverano.

– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
