On the ground floor there is a garage for two vehicles, and the upper floor can be reached by elevator or stairs.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with two large sofas, small tables, a chest of drawers and a TV. The dining room has a dining table with 8 seats, and cooking will never be easier thanks to the modern and fully equipped kitchen
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds (200×210), Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a shower cabin.
Outdoors
The house is located in the first row with full sea views.
On the outdoor terrace with lots of horticulture, there is a beautiful heated swimming pool with a size of 72 m2. Next to the pool, on the sun deck, there are 6 deckchairs for resting, garden furniture, and an outdoor dining table. A special advantage is the large Napoleon barbecue which is available to our guests Fun content that will delight both adults and children is the game room that contains a PlayStation game console and the fully equipped fitness room.

All hotel services offered by the luxurious 5 * Kempinski Adriatic resort are available to the guests such as Spa, Fitness, Golf, Beach club, bike rental, tennis. dining.
Use of hotel services will be billed directly by the hotel.
Check-in and check-out will be executed by the hotel staff.

– For any 7 nights stay (or longer), a mid-week cleaning is mandatory and will be charged extra (120 euros per bedroom)
– For any stay under 7 nights, the end of stay cleaning is not included and will be charged extra (600 euros)
