This historic stone villa, furnished with designer furniture and lighting, has been completely renovated by Architect Franchetti Rosada according to the Cinque Terre architectural criteria.
The base floor comprises a charming living area, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a shower room with WC.
On the first floor, guests a charming double bedroom and a furnished terrace with marvelloussea views.

Outdoors​

This property is a true green oasis with extensive sea view and spectacular view on the Apuan Alp mountains, that allow pleasant hours of relaxation in a charming atmosphere.
The 800 sqm garden surrounding the villa smells of aromatic plants typical of the Cinque Terre and comprises plants of the local Mediterranean vegetation such olive trees, laurel, jasmine, juniper, lentisk and myrtle.
Guests can enjoy three large terraces, the shade of the olive trees of the garden, a stone barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as excursions on foot or by mountain bike in the Cinque Terre and on the nearby island of Palmaria, excursions by scooter, excursions with motor boats and sailing boats, visits to Ligurian wine estates, personalised cookery courses, guided excursions outside the province (such as historical visits in Carrara, Lunigiana, Alta Versilia, Via Francigena).
