Indoors & Outdoors​

Spanning three floors, this 290 m2 chalet offers enough space for 6/7 people, providing every luxurious comfort and a serene atmosphere.
Traditional elements combined with modern design, chic details and numerous unique pieces from all over the world give this retreat a very special character.
On the ground floor, are 3 en-suite double bedrooms with direct access to the garden and outdoor pool.
The heart of the chalet is the open-plan living area on the first floor with a high roof truss, spacious dining area, cosy sofa and fireplace. The large glass windows offer an unobstructed view of nature, and a big screen with projector and high-end surround sound from Bang & Olufsen ensures thrilling movie nights.
The wellness area (with relaxation area, steam bath, Finnish sauna, Aquamoon waterfall shower, snow shower, Technogym treadmill and multifunctional bench) is located in the basement. Here, the large TV with games console and high-quality speakers will provide children with plenty of entertainment.
Massages and beauty treatments can be booked on request at the chalet’s own massage room.
Guests will also enjoy the year-round heated pool (10×4 m) with counter-current system and massage jets.
Cars can be safely parked in the private garage with e-charging station.

Staff & Services

The private chef prepares breakfast and a delicious multi-course dinner every day. Fresh seasonal ingredients from the garden and from the local region are used. Of course, the menu can be tailored to your liking after consultation with the chef. Lunch can also be prepared on request.

The prices include : Champagne and finger food on arrival, exclusive use of the chalet and its facilities, private chef for breakfast and dinner (lunch on request), 1 dinner (excluding drinks ) at the nearby Costamula restaurant for a minimum stay of 6 nights, a wine tasting in the chalet with the best South Tyrolean wines (with a minimum stay of 6 nights), the five o’clock tea (finest tea and coffee, homemade pastries, cakes and canapés are served daily at 5 p.m.), non-alcoholic drinks and local beers, exclusive bath products, use of bathrobes, flip-flops and slippers during the stay, concierge/butler service (to take care of all the guests needs, from shopping to log fires to shuttle service…), fresh fruit, fresh flowers, 1 day of guided skiing with chalet owner and skiing world champion (with a minimum stay of 4 nights), high-speed Wi-Fi, a daily cleaning, in house ski, board and boot fitting (rental cost not included), pool heating, the final housekeeping.

The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as : Helicopter excursions, airport transfers (from/to Bolzano, Verona, Bergamo, Milan, Innsbruck and Munich), massages and beauty treatments, physiotherapy treatments, cooking classes with private chef, laundry and ironing service, a large selection of perfectly balanced international red, white and sparkling wines…

In addition to its services the villa offers two premium programs :
– Premium Dolomites Day Winter and Premium Dolomites Day Summer: These tailor-made adventures comprise Premium helicopter sightseeing flight, Helicopter transfer, 1 day IFMGA certified mountain guide, Aperitivo on the mountains, Gourmet lunch in one of the best mountain restaurant in the Dolomites, 1 day professional photographer, Tourist local tax and italitan VAT tax.

Rental conditions

– Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Children welcome
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Reservation conditions

– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 60 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
