Indoors

In a traditional alpine design, the 260 sqm living space spreads out over a large living area with a majestuous fire place offering the perfect setting to relax on the a sofa while enjoying the view.
The exclusive old wood kitchen with cooking island features top class appliances as well as a modern wine storage refrigerator, full with fine wines for your stay.
The first floor is dedicated to 2 beautiful bedrooms, while on the last floor, under the roof, a large studio has a living space with cooking island and sleeping area.

Outdoors

Open the doors to the stunning panoramic views of the terraces and listen to the sounds of nature and the nearby waterfall. The outdoor lounge area and the deckchairs are ideal to enjoy this unique atmosphere.

Location

The valley station of the Glacier Express is only 4 minutes from your doorstep. Another 8 minutes and you reach the Mölltal Glacier, Austria’s only year round ski area, which guarantees the best snow, even in midsummer.
Whether you like skiing, cycling, hiking, climbing, rafting, canyoning or bathing in lakes, each season will have plenty of activities to offer.
You can also go for a city tour and shopping in the small towns of Lienz, Spittal, Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein.

Rental conditions

– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 6.00 EUR per guest per night
Reservation conditions

– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
– Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
– Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
