This apartment occupies the entire middle floor of a chalet property and is only a short walk from the Nasserein lift station.
The property was completed in 2010 and has been built to the highest standards with extensive use of old woods and natural stones. The property has an original 18th century Tyrolean ‘Stube’, wooden furniture, floors and ceilings. In addition the dining area is ordained with an authentic Renaissance painted ceiling.
The apartment is laid out over a single floor and comfortably sleeps 12, in 5 ensuite bedrooms. The property is accessed via the lift or stairs. All the bedrooms and the living area have stunning views from spacious and sunny South West facing balconies.
A wonderful open plan living and dining area with traditional Austrian fire is located at the West end of the property. Its elevated position offers breathtaking views from the balconies and living area.
The well-equipped open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 12.
The master double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. A further 2 ensuite bedrooms can either be configured as twin or double rooms. The 4th bedroom is a twin room with ensuite shower room.
The 5th bedroom (ensuite bathroom) has a set of adult size bunks and a single bed, sleeping a total of 4 people. An extra guest toilet is located off the corridor.
The property also has a beautiful television room with sumptuous furnishings perfect for entertaining the children.
All the rooms have access to balconies.
The property has a shared ski locker and boot heating room. In addition our guests have access to the shared hammam on the lower floor.
The property has external parking for 2 vehicles.
The property is sold either on a catered or self-catered basis. When catered the food is prepared in the main kitchen area in the lower floor of the property and then served by the hosts in the beautiful surrounds of your own apartment.
The apartment normally has a shared driver service from 08:00 – 11:30 and 15:00 – 20:00 if sold on a full service catered basis.
We can arrange additional services for you during the week including private chefs, serving staff, driver service, linen changes, massage and ski instruction. Extra charges apply.

Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 25 %
– 2nd payment 84 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– Hotel / Owner may require on site payment to be made in local currency. .
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 84 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
