Room 1 – Lodge Suite I :

Room 2 – Lodge Suite II :

Room 3 – Lodge Suite III :
Suite with 2 bedrooms, Ground level, view of the mountains. The bedroom has 4 Beds including 1 double bed, 3 single beds. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also stove, living area, TV, private terrace.
Room 4 – Lodge Suite IV :
Suite, Ground level, view of the mountains. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also living area, TV, private terrace.

The 4 large suites house the 6 bedrooms, but also have their own living areas.
In the Lodge Suite I, of 55 m2, you will find the room for 2 persons, the bathroom, the lounge area with TV and comfortable sofa, the kitchen, and the terrace with panoramic views of the Dolomites.
In the Lodge Suite II, of 70 m2, you will find two room spaces that can accommodate 4 people, the bathroom, the lounge area with TV and sofa and wood burning stove, the kitchen, and the terrace with panoramic views of the Dolomites .
In the Lodge Suite III, 85 m2, you will find two spaces rooms for 4 people, two bathrooms, a sitting area with TV, wood stove and sofa bed for a 5th person, the kitchen and the spacious terrace with panoramic views of the Dolomites.
Finally, in the Lodge Suite IV, 70 m2, you will find a bedroom, two bathrooms, a lounge area with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, wood stove and dining area, the kitchen, and three terraces with magnificent views.
The spa offers several spaces:

Notes
Upon arrival, the chalet will be pre-stocked with some typical South Tyrolean basics (Milk, eggs, butter; typical bacon & cheese; homemade Ravioli, Pasta & dumplings; homemade
tomato basil sauce, 2 kind of pasta outside the fridge, coffee tabs, salt, pepper, tea).
Every day, guests receive the “breakfast box”, and choose the breakfast for the next day.
If the guests need shopping, they can simply add the list in the box, and will be delivered the next day (extra charge).
Our cancellation policy has been modified to reflect the current situation and we would like to help you plan your holiday. For all bookings made until September 2020, there is a free cancellation policy until two days before your arrival. Any deposits already made will be credited as a voucher and can be redeemed at a later date. For all bookings after September 2020 our classic cancellation conditions apply.

Rental conditions
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Children welcome
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
– Pets not allowed
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Amount of security deposit : 200.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 35 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 35 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– Cancellation occurs less than 10 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
