The Amilla Villa Residence is the largest of eight private residences in an elite gated community on this coral-fringed island resort in the Maldives’ Baa Atoli – a UNESCO biosphere reserve. Think eight luxurious bedrooms, absolute beachfront location, crystal lagoons, pristine white sands, private pool, acres of living space and heart-warming service. Then add the Amilla Fushi resort’s outstanding facilities: restaurants, spa, personal training, kids club, diving, big game fishing, water sports, excursions, pro tennis, football and many other activities.

A massive air conditioned living room offers multiple seating areas, large dining table comfortably seating 16, 70-inch curved TV screen with satellite channels and surround sound, Marantz DVD player, multi-zone Bose sound system and iPad.

The light and airy air conditioned kitchen is exceptionally well equipped andhas a sit-up marble-topped counter. A second kitchen is set up as an exclusive bar area with extra large wine fridge.

Outdoors

There are two dining terraces, each with table for 10 and barbecue area.
The two infinity swimming pools are right on the beach edge.
Sun decks with circular loveseats and large sunshades and four double sunbeds set on the sand offer you some lovely spots to relax and enjoy the view.

Location

The Amilla Villa Residence rises on the edge of the Baa Atoll, home to some of the richest waters in the Maldives and a biosphere reserve protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011. The house reef, only a few strokes away form the beach, offers easy access to a magical underwater world; a short swim brings snorkelers and divers alike to the Blue Hole, an amazing natural phenomenon populated by lots of marine life, providing a spectacular underwater experience. And just a short speedboat journey away are some of the Maldives’ most famous marine sites – among them Hanifaru Bay, famed as a phenomenal feeding area for manta rays and whale sharks in certain seasons.

Rental conditions
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Children welcome
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
– Language spoken by staff : English
– Check-in : 15:00 h – Check out : 12:00 h

Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
– 2nd payment 85 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– Hotel / Owner may require on site payment to be made in local currency. .
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 85 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
